2007 Newfane Environmental Fair

On June 14, 2007, one hundred twenty five students from the Town of Newfane Intermediate School participated in the annual Environmental Fair held at Fisherman's Park in the Hamlet of Burt, NY. The students were broken down into small groups and rotated through six learning stations located along Eighteenmile Creek. Each learning station provided the students with information on such topics as conservation facts, wildlife rehabilitation, water quality protection, pole casting and Lake Ontario water facts.
